By using or visiting our Website, you are bound to these Terms and you indicate your continued acceptance of these Terms.
This Site provides access to our blog posts, events such as webinars, and other useful resources that help you manage your own investments. These are provided for free. The Site also offers paid services such as our online courses hosted on third-party websites and our portfolio modeling/customization service. AllQuant is also an introducer for iFast Global Markets and receives a fee in return for introducing clients that took up iFast Global Market’s advisory services.
Your access to, and all of your use of the Website, and/or Services must be lawful and must comply with these Terms, and any other agreement between you and AllQuant.
When accessing or using the Website, and/or Services, you must behave civilly and respectfully at all times. We specifically prohibit any use of the Website, and/or Services, and you agree not to use the Website, for any of the following:

By purchasing our Services, you agree to pay AllQuant fees indicated for such Services. Payments will be due as indicated when signing up. Configurations and prices of the Website, and/or Services are subject to change at any time, and AllQuant shall at all times be entitled to modify configurations, fees, prices, and quotations, provided that no price changes shall be made applicable to you after payment has been made. All fees and payments to AllQuant are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
AllQuant has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot, therefore, be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating the Website, AllQuant does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful, or non-harmful. AllQuant disclaims any responsibility for any harm and/or damages resulting from the use or downloading of postings of other parties on the website.
We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which allquant.co links, and that link to allquant.co. AllQuant does not have any control over those non-AllQuant websites and webpages, and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-AllQuant website or webpage, AllQuant does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage.
As AllQuant requires others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. The configurations and specifications of the Website, including without limitation all content there available, and the Services may be amended and/or updated from time to time, at the sole discretion of AllQuant. You are bound by any such changes or updates unless such changes materially diminish the functionality and value of the Website, and/or Services.
To use our Services, you may be required to enter personal information such as your name, email, contact number, etc. You agree to AllQuant’s Privacy Statement and that we may use and maintain your data according to our Privacy Statement, as part of the Services. You give AllQuant permission to combine information you enter with that of other users of the Services and/or other AllQuant services. AllQuant will not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations to you caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
